I'm not a player, but I'm an internet junkie. My old computer was super slow, and I realize getting a new one. I hope that I have used this computer and do not get the problems that other people have reported. But I have my doubts, because other things so that no one else has reported success. One major problem is that the customer does not seem to understand English well enough to deal with customer calls.
At startup, the trial software loaded without a choice of decline. Make the recovery disk took three DVDs and a bit 'of time, but not so bad. And do not think the outside of the box. Call customer service and do not understand simple English words or to understand technical articles. On the one hand, the outside of the box is unclear what process and what is included (MS Office, is designated as a pilot: MS Works is not) so one would think that you get MS Works, right?
